Is your feature request related to a problem?

Nope.

Describe the solution you'd like

Adding the application to the AppCenter would boost its viability and since its Vala/GTK it would fit in great. (And you could actually get paid for it)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Just using the flatpak

Are there any prerequisites to this?
Tbh I would rather add persistency first, before that it's probably just messing with user expectations.
(So after 0.5.0)

In the meantime the flatpak has to do, I guess it's the easiest way to distribute a gtk application at the moment.
I'll keep it in mind though, thank you for your suggestion.

Starting with 0.4.0 I am attaching flatpak bundles to the releases, feel free to try those in the meantime.

@naxuroqa Thanks for the response! There really isn't much to do to get the app on the appcenter since you already use meson, here is a quick overview if you interested after you get 0.5.0 out.

P.S. I am using the flatpak for now, awesome job on Venom :)
