Since the only way to access your account, is the private key, which is not even publicly available, it'd be nice to have an option to perform backup/recover of your account/private key, I know this key is available in data file in ~/.config/tox (ubuntu), but not everyone would know that, a common end-user would be upset to find his profile to disapear, so what i'd like to ask is ability to backup/export your data file which contains this vital information.

Beside backup, option to import it also would be important.
In addition to that it would be great if there was an option to encrypt it.
I do realize that there many tools for that outside of Tox, but for user-friendliness sake it would be nice to have something you can tick in and use password to encrypt. It would be best if something like that was defined in STS, so it would be cross-client, with consistent behaviour.
@dcharles525 The purpose of it wouldn't be to sync across devices, but to have ability to simply backup it to some device that would serve as backup (that's at least how I understand it).
