"Settings: Use title field if URL field is empty" doesn't work unless you append .com to your title #72

When I attempted to use this setting to add favicons to my entries I found that nothing happened. After some testing I found this to be because this only works if you have "website.com" as your entry name. I don't usually enter the website for my entries, and for titles I usually just have the website name, e.g. the title for Google.com would be entered as "Google".

I would like to propose appending .com to titles that don't already have them. If title.com does not resolve to a valid website then no favicon would be downloaded, however this means that no favicon would have been downloaded anyway.
