[Feature request] Avoid downloading favicon if already one exists for that entry

Hi!

Thank you for your great plugin... works as expected.

I was coming across some pages where I was manually updating the icon. If I download favicons recursively those entries are overriden and replaced. It would be great to have a setting which allows to avoid (re-)downloading favicons if there's already one in place.
