Help needed to setup the system

Thank you for bringing up such an interesting project. eBPF-based UPF seems very promising, and I'm looking forward for the future advances on this research/project.
I'm trying to test this system for my own research/project, but I'm unclear about the steps to have the system running. I'm trying to follow the steps on the readme. Here are the questions I have so far.

1. Am I supposed to run the HTTP API and upf-bpf inside the docker container? Or is the container just used to compile the libraries?
2. I dont think I clearly understand Step 3 and Step 4. Do I just send the HTTP request to the local IP address using Postman?
