Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A lot of boilerplate code could be removed from the ConditionSets code by refactoring them to use TelemetryCollections with a size of 1. eg. the subscribeToTelemetry and requestLatestValue functions

See LAD Tables for an example of using Telemetry Collections for LAD values.
