is_urs_token? only returns false if the token argument is greater than 100 characters in length. Is this the intended behavior?

irb> is_urs_token?("blah")
=> true
irb> is_urs_token?("agaeagaevoaioeaweneoiaga")
=> true
irb> is_urs_token?("agaeagaevoaioeaweneoiaga"*100)
=> false
