Minimum File size bleeding into other groups.

###Expected behaviour
minimum file size set individually in different groups. 600 megs in some groups. 1 byte in others. each group should respect its own minimum file size.

###Actual behaviour
the 1 byte groups are using the 600 meg setting from other groups. every release below 600 megs is being deleted .

###Steps to reproduce the behaviour
add two groups. 1 with a 1 byte minimum size. 1 with a 600 meg minimum size. the larger minimum size will become the default minimum size for ALL groups.
