In dk.binaries.film there's a lot of stuff posted like: (02/30) - "Home.Again.2017.NORDiC.720p.BluRay.x264-DAWGS.par2" - 4,73 GB

Can we have something to automatically clean that up without the prefix, file extension and suffix when indexing?

If there's a default regex for that format it should already be renamed. It looks like it is normal scene format, so it's curious why it isn't cleaned up.
