Describe the bug
Whenever someone registers a bug via our app "report a bug" page it will automatically retrieve logs

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'node-user-reports repo on github' https://github.com/mysteriumnetwork/node-user-reports/issues
Click on 'any of the links for logs'
See error

Expected behavior
A page should appear for us to download logs
