Yes this feature request is based on a problem. The problem is that on Windows when you attempt to share your connection via mobile hotspot it doesn't connect. Due to the fact that MysteriumVPN blocks Local Area Connections!

I really would appreciate if you gave the user the option to enable or disable local area connections based on their preferences rather than you just blocking Local Area Connections all together.

Here are some screenshots of what happens if you attempt to connect to the hotspot with MysteriumVPN enabled

Here's how Surfshark VPN handles this issue. I expect the same from MysteriumVPN. As you can see they give the user the option to enable or disable visibility for LAN devices.

I also noticed that I can’t install the proper services on your driver. I assume you have also locked the driver down. When I go to install this filter driver it does nothing!

Here's how ProtonVPN handles LAN connections on the IOS platform. I expect the same switch on the Mysterium app for Windows.
