[FEATURE] VSCODE FILE EXPLORER should display file names in upper and lower case

In the system I am working on everything is in camel case, file names, program names, and programs. When pulling up a file listing from the workspace using the explorer all of the file names and program names are in upper case even though at the operating system level their names are in upper and lower case. All upper case file / program names are very difficult to read. Basic should work just like java, html etc and recognize upper and lower case names in the explorer. In order to see BASIC program and file names in mixed case, one has to exit the workspace explorer and user the File - Open menu options. Not optimum.

I cannot reproduce this issue. In my screenshot below, you can see two separate program with names that are camel/mixed case. These files reside in OS folders. Where do your QM BASIC files reside?
