In 2.1.1 schemas for actions and parameters provided the 'required': boolean flag, to enforce an argument.

Since 2.1.1 (tested on release 438 & dev 433 running Chromium Edge 89) the schema is still valid, but doesn't produce the same result. Neither an argument enforced, or is their a visual indicator that this parameter/action requires an argument.
