[Feature Request] JSON Logging Format

[Searched munki-dev list first and came-up empty handed so I'll toss it out here]

I think it would be super spiffy if Munki were configurable to emit log events in structured JSON format. This would allow for most modern-day log management platforms (Datadog, ELk, Splunk, et al) to easily parse out fields from emitted log events without having to manually write custom regex/grok filters/what-have-you.

Not something I'd personally work on, but if someone wants to play with this, please feel free. I'd hope it could be done in a way that would still allow for a more human-readable log format.
