From #1658:

Translations right now read as:

hasta el 11 de agosto de 2021  16:32 (Buenos Aires)

Ideally, they should say:

hasta el 11 de agosto de 2021 a las 16:32 (Hora de Buenos Aires)

And helper should be reused where possible.

Unfortunately this isn't such an easy fix as gem rails-i18n loads its translations in a railtie, which causes them to override laboratory's (whereas we want to do the opposite, and override the gem's)
