[studio] Add support for audit logs

Summary

Currently, Toolpad Studio lacks an audit trail system, making it challenging to monitor and review user activities.

To meet the security and compliance necessities expected in admin apps, we need to support audit logs. It should have a detailed record of user interactions, including actions taken, timestamps, and user identities, enabling admins to track changes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accountability.

Tasks:

• Develop a logging mechanism to capture relevant user actions and system events.
• Implement a secure storage solution for storing audit logs.
• Integrate a user-friendly interface for viewing and analyzing audit trail data.
