When sharing screens, what should I do if I want to monitor mouse movements and clicks?

This type of features is not included, you would have to create your own logic to achieve this, most likely a client software installed on the device that will be controlled and give it all permissions, I recommend using Electronjs and some library such as robotjs, good luck.
