proposed changes to a few set types

I was looking through the set type categories, I'd like to propose a few changes

• a new type for Art Series, leaving memorabilia for old gold bordered cards and similar. It seems like this type of subset is going to stay so it makes sense to give its own category, such as artseries
• a new type for Minigames, leaving funny for un-sets and similar, I propose a plain minigames
• a new type for commander collection (black and green), instead of from the valut. After all the spellbook series got spellbook so I think it'd make sense to give this series its own category

If I spot some more I will add to this bug

I don't consider this a bug, but I'm open to the idea of changing these in the future. Will discuss more.
