Hi,
I've see that the span.ladda-spinner is created every time the button is pressed. So if you click more than once, you have lot of unused elements.
tested on chrome 38.0.2125.104 m

Added a remove function

This is a proposed fix for issue msurguy#35 - duplicated spinner.  When calling the new remove function, the spinner is removed from the DOM, preventing a build up of duplicate spinners.
