This version has been updated to work with the Berkeley Advanced Reconstruction Toolbox version 0.4.04 [1] or later. The previous version of these scripts - which you can find in the git history - required the version v0.3.01 [2]. All versions of BART are available on GitHub [3].

Total runtime of all scripts is aroung 45 minutes.
