Suggestions for improvement:

would have valued more open time at the end to play with SQL
creating RGB images, mode info on how to repeat with other images
more practical exercises and independent work rather than canned examples
could have waited a bit longer on the cells to follow what has been written

Summary: more independent exercises, maybe a bit slower on the coding

Positive:

All my Gaia stuff is 100x faster now
astroquery very useful, searching for papers, etc.
like interactive
like code-along format
great tempo, great explanation
good explanation
learned a lot, the examples were helpful
