Mark very good tweets

It might be interesting to mark successful tweets with a label once they reach n retweets or favs. Alternatively this could be based on twitter stats for impressions if we can access those.

This needs two things: some way to check updated tweet stats and a source that then posts once those stats reach a user-defined threshold.
