Rendering error in LaTeX math PDF #5415

The PDF file at http://matthias.vallentin.net/probability-and-statistics-cookbook/cookbook-en.pdf (as of
Thu, 16 Oct 2014 02:48:32 UTC) does not render correctly in pdf.js.
