Lens Flare Effect Incorrectly Rendered as Coloured Circles

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Note. We use the PDFjs library to render PDFs in a custom file viewer for a SaaS platform

1. Upload the file to our platform
2. Open the file using the inbuilt viewer

What is the expected behavior? (add screenshot)

Adobe Acrobat renders the files like this:

What went wrong? (add screenshot)

Files are rendered with some of the lens flare elements displaying bright circles
