I can reproduce the issue on Arch Linux with Firefox 124.0.2. What could be related here, and certainly doesn't help the rendering time of the document, is that it contains a large 4688 x 37363 image XObject; please see https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/wiki/Frequently-Asked-Questions#what-types-of-pdf-files-are-slow-in-pdfjs-can-i-optimize-a-pdf-file-to-make-pdfjs-faster for rendering time optimization tips.

I don't think at the moment that it's related to the image itself rendering partially though.
