Configuration:

  • Web browser and its version: Firefox 124.0
  • Operating system and its version: Windows 10 22H2
  • PDF.js version: default version used by the browser
  • Is a browser extension: it is a default Firefox pdf viewer

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Enter about:config
  2. setpdfjs.forcePageColors to true
  3. set pdfjs.pageColorsBackground to #FBF0D9
  4. open any pdf file with colored image

What is the expected behavior? (add screenshot)
the pdf file background is changed, but the color of the images in the pdf file should not be changed

What went wrong? (add screenshot)
pdf image was changed to black and white

Currently this is an add-on to set the pdf background color only, and the image color is still colorful. Can the current pdf.js achieve this effect? Is there any corresponding setting in Firefox?
