From time to time with observatory cli on github action I get this error:
[ERROR] Unable to get result. Host:..... Error:database-down.
Any idea why?

Likely the service is down (as it does go down pretty regularly). What command are you running and can you copy paste the output?

observatory ${URL} --attempts 60 --zero --rescan --format=report
Error: [ERROR] Unable to get result. ${URL} Error:database-down.

Looks like this is because the API is returning that error
