The README file should be updated to address various changes and errors.

These include:

  1. Noting that the docker support is currently configured for integration tests only, and contains several values that are insecure for stand-alone testing.

  2. Where to file issues or bugs.

  3. Verify and update build dependencies listed, configuration steps,

  4. Note the proper use of __error__ callback for Sentry/Logging tests,

and any other updates required.
