Move configuration for integrations into single module

Currently, configurations are defined at the top of the test_integration_all_rust.py file. Ideally, configurations can exist in a separate module for improved maintainability. This reduces the size of the core testing file and makes the file easier to read as well. This also makes future tests or shared dependencies more accessible.
