HTML in icon popup #204

Hi - this is more of an enhancement than an issue.

I'd like to be able to have a link in the icon popup. Currently, this text is set by using .textcontent, as seen below.

contentElement.textContent = messageResults[messageStorageKey];

Are there any issues with replacing this with .innerHTML?
