Relaunch Search study #141

With the data collection period ending for the current version, CITP would like to launch a new version of the study that merely extends the data collection period.

No additional functionality or data probes expected.

This should be done in conjunction with https://github.com/mozilla-rally/study-remote-settings/issues/43
