These emails need to be implemented into the correct flows:

Toast Notification Email: Triggered by outstanding tasks in the onboarding flow. @jepstein not sure who to assign this.
Welcome Email: Triggered by completion of onboarding. @jepstein not sure who to assign this.
Waitlist Email : @compzilla
