We had a report on Slack that the call to action on the demographic survey takes up a substantial amount of space (likely on smaller screens, tiled or otherwise) on its own. This means that some users are only seeing one question at a time while they scroll.

A straightforward solution would be to reduce the size of the call to action fairly substantially and potentially remove the fade.
