[Tab Tray refactor] - Thumbnail lag when rearranging tabs #20186

Steps to reproduce

Make sure you have several tabs in tab tray.
Switch the position of a tab and observe.

Expected behavior
The tabs switch positions with no issue. The thumbnails load correctly.

Actual behavior
The moved tab's thumbnail doesn't load instantly, but with a short lag.
