The XEP does not say what to do for pseudo-anonymous rooms, I thought for my own prototyping I might use full JID in that case, what do you think?

Just to be sure, you're talking about participant JIDs and not realjids?

This is still not optimal as nicks may change in between but as is it's probably the best that can be done

Right, because in pseudo-anon I don't know real jids.
