OMEMO not working with one of my contacts #1143

I have the Stable version installed (0.20). I receive encrypted messages from one of my contacts (they does not decrypt).

If I go to the contacts detail and see the Fingerprints, one of them is unchecked. If I check it, close the dialog and go back it is unchecked again. Is there any error log with details?

It looks like the problem is only with Monal clients / fingerprints. I had the same problem with other contact and it also uses Monal 5.4.4.

Upgraded to v0.21rc5. Now the behavior is that if I click the fingerprint toggle, it goes off immediately.

Upgraded to v0.21rc5. Now the behavior is that if I click the fingerprint toggle, it goes off immediately.

I saw stuff like this, which was solved here by logging out and back in.
