win 11 - 22631.3527
StartAllBack - 3.7.9
Nilesoft Shell 1.9.15
for me everything works as it should be

what do you get if is not the NS context menu?

This is the Nilesoft menu and only after turning off Nilesoft can I add or disable e.g. netspeedmonitor on the taskbar

I don't understand what the situation is from what you wrote:
explain in more detail, make more screenshots if necessary
and is this the netspeedmonitor youare talking about: https://www.softpedia.com/get/Network-Tools/Bandwidth-Tools/NetSpeedMonitor.shtml?

Yes, that's what this program is about.
I click on the taskbar, but the taskbar menu doesn't appear, and I can't add or disable things like the speed monitor.
I was formatting a friend's computer, and after installing programs, I noticed that Nilesoft Shell needs to be disabled

  • there is a way to disable NS on taskbar. Edit shell.nss:
exclude.where = !process.is_explorer or window.name == 'Shell_TrayWnd'

image

  • another way to disable NS is with registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Nilesoft\Shell\Disable
"Taskbar"=1
  • you can temporary disable NS with CTRL+WIN+Right Click (to unable it use CTRL+SHIFT+Right Click)

Кeep in mind that the Windows 10 and 11 taskbars are different in many ways. The fact that you use StartAllBack does not change the fact that NS still recognizes the taskbar as Windows 11 taskbar and the commands from the Windows 10 context menu will not appear. Furthermore netspeedmonitor is not compatible with Windows 11 taskbar, even if you manage to run it on StartAllBack modified taskbar it is not a problem with NS
