Bug in processing bitmap images with transparency

7-Zip uses a separate bitmap image in the context menu. When using Shell, the transparency of the image does not work.
I tried to experiment with this bmp image by replacing it in 7-zip.dll via Resource Hacker with several other bmp’s that I saved via Paint and Photoshop in different bits (including extended ones), but nothing had any effect.
