"this file" is which file exactly? Which region did you buy your phone in, did you chose the right download?

Hey Sagar. I'm assuming you're from India. So go to settings>about device>build number, write it down somewhere and download the file for your build number. Since I bought my phone in India, my build number is MPD24.107-70 probably yours is the same too. It's the second last one.

This is a common issue whe you do a "dirty" install. Try wiping everything first then do a clean install.
