Slideshow style changes

This can be a thread for addressing particular style and visual changes requested for the slideshow. This will become more prevalent as further content is added to the presentation.

• Make sure Logo's are sized properly when showing the simulation engines, and most importantly that the HOOMD logo is not overly large.
• Make sure the MoSDeF logo is shown at some point, and preferable shown on every slide somewhere, or at least a version of it. Could be cool if clicking that logo takes you to an overview page so you can navigate back to a particular section of the show. If not, it definitely should be on the title screen.

Couple of more points from an earlier discussion:

1. Box Border Radii should be mirrored.
2. Better transitions and interactivity.
3. GMSO slides tables could be better.
4. Interactive links for titles.
