Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we can only set the range of x for RootHistograms.
We should allow to change the range of y too.

Describe the solution you'd like
Basically allow the range to be changed given a parameter in the configuration file and use the SetRangeUser on the y axis of the displayed histogram.
