Rayman "Run" games not loading visuals

the games "Rayman Jungle Run" and "Rayman Fiesta Run" from ubisoft connect when opened from game mode only show this screen (the image attached to this issue), but they appear to actually be running behind it because I can hear the music from the title screen and the moving between buttons and pressing buttons sounds

@Fern-Leaves edit the shortcuts controller config, and edit the layout, once you clicked that, go to the bottom left and you'll see actions, click it and add an on demand command, tab over to the right and you can add native touch support to your controller config. Try that
