  • Fix Dangling links in Readme ## Links section
  • Fix doc.yml trigger. Should only fire when a release (new tag) is created.

yards handling of links to files in the repo ist a bit strange. You have to use
this syntax `{file:local-file-name.md}'. Do not forget to add the file to
.yardopts!

- only build docs when a tag is pushed
