Is Monix still being maintained? #1701

Hi,

I'm just wondering if Monix is still under maintenance. From what I can see, there were no commits for more than half of an year and that makes me sad, Monix is an excellent piece of software.

Could you give me a hint if there is any ongoing development and if there are any plans for future improvements (like CE3 support)?

My intuition is that people move from Scala to Rust.

That doesn't sound like a great idea but they are free to do whatever they want.
