Change association table sort to use a select box

We don't want our association table sort to be 1:1 with the columns, some columns shouldn't be sorted, sometimes a sort may not be represented by a single visible column.

• Remove column sorting arrows
• Add a select box
• Use an enumeration in the data model to define the filter choices.
