Inspired by Jessica's wonderful suggestion, we should bring in association table filtering.

Thanks this is great. Yes being able to see ortholog phenotypes is especially useful when the gene doesn't already have phenotype associations in a given organism since that's when you need to rely on other model organisms! Another useful feature would being able to see which organisms have at least one ortholog phenotype and be able to filter the list to specific organisms.

  • Return facet counts as part of the association table endpoint (api/{id}/{category})
  • Allow some kind of fq equivalent parameter to apply filtering
  • Some UI affordance for selecting facets. Could be tied to column, maybe better to use a select/multi-select above the columns
