It tuned out = First level = is rendered correctly by MediaWiki. It is not used in Wikipedia itself, but is a common thing in Russian Wiktionary, for ex.

(Also, Russian Wiktionary's articles strangely structured in h1=>h3, which can broke our #sections functionality, maybe?)
