[Feature Request] Order refund from Mollie Dashboard

Describe the new feature

When a payment is refunded from mollie dashboard, the corresponding orders in magento should be closed and a "Credit Memo" should be create.

Describe the solution to be implemented

Backend changes
Currently in Mollie\Payment\Model\Client\Payments line 381, it'll only log the refunded webhook.
If the order is not "closed" it should procced the refund event:

• Create a "Credit Memo"
• Close the order

Hey @simonmaass, no, sorry! It's still on our roadmap, but implementing this request will have a significant impact so we need to find the right moment for it. I'll keep you posted once we have an ETA! :)
