maybe also add a blastdb

e.g.:

makeblastdb -in COI.Diptera.BavariaGenera.2019-02-15.tax.fa -parse_seqids -blastdb_version 5 -title "COI.Diptera.BavariaGenera.2019-02-15" -dbtype nucl

zipped maybe, as they contain multiple files?
