Add /r/Mojira and Discord link to quicklinks

It was internally suggested to include the /r/Mojira and Mojira Discord link to the quicklinks.

However, I am not sure if this is really needed because they will likely be only useful to a small number of users and having even more links in the quicklinks section might be confusing.

What are your opinions?

I like NE's point. Perhaps smaller text like the bot signature uses fits better though

Also, something to keep in mind is that we need to figure out a way to only apply that signature for the website and the extension, while Arisa still keeps its own signature.

How about adding a new visibility field that can be set to "bot", "web", or undefined? Then we can add a new variable containing the contact-bug-tracker-staff message that is restricted to "web" and referenced from quick_links
